  in this void of suffering?

  and let the hues of bliss,

   rain down on me?

 would you wonder it were bona fide?

  or deny me a simpleton,

   amidst the cosmos?

 will you reckon it, tomorrow?

 would you hold my hand,

  until the sun ages old,

  and the stars turn cold?
